Guest
Hello does anybody have a template for a staff risk assessment they could share. We have a member of staff who is pregnant and another who has recurrent back problems on rostered cleaning days (yet can carry children on her hip perfectly fine ). Anyway, would like to be able to show what they can do, rather than can't IYSWIM.
HappyMaz
Here's a link to a PDF of a leaflet written by USDAW. Its aimed at employees, but does have a list of the likely hazards a pregnant member of staff might face. Can't help with the bad back problems - but perhaps you could ask her what she is able to do and what she can't? Or is that a bit risky? Good luck! Quite right Cait - there's one here which seems to have a risk assessment in Word format! Maz
