Inge Posted October 28, 2009 Share Posted October 28, 2009 nor sure if this is what you are looking for but here is the previous post... staff booklets we had a list or page as well showing how they would be included / introduced in the setting over a set number of weeks,we had things like being assisted in xx weeks and checked at regular intervals until the end of their probation period..and also induction sheets for H &S , EYFS, CP, etc where we went through it with them and they signed to say it had been done.. think I found it on here in the resources, I will go and see if it is still there.. Inge Posted October 28, 2009 Share Posted October 28, 2009 Knew I would find it for you... look here staff induction under induction arrangements for new staff, it is quite old now but we adapted it for our setting and it worked well for us having an induction timeline to follow.
