TORO
Hello, If a staff CRB comes through with records such as possession of offensive weapons, such as knives and guns on record, staff did not declare this, (now admitted that she had it has a protection because she was being bullied or something or that such) what is the stand on this. Is the staff still employable, or not. Offence is not related to child abuse, am not too sure.
Upsy Daisy
I think I would be asking Ofsted as she may not qualify as a suitable person.
sunnyday
I think I would be asking Ofsted as she may not qualify as a suitable person. That is most definitely what I would do

alis2son
I think i wouldn't be too happy with someone not admitting that they had issues that would come up on a CRB check. Not that i dont understand that it would be uncomfortable for them to approach a new employer.... but what happens with child protection issues and honesty etc. when another uncomfortable situation arises. If Ofsted approved, i would still question this with my management team.
