School Inspections To Focus On Learning Not Wellbeing

I really do not like the way this is going. How can they not understand that a child's emotional and physical wellbeing are fundamental needs which have to be in place on order for them to learn.

How about this one;

 

Outstanding schools wound be singled out to be given preferential treatment, as part of Gove's plans. They would be exempt from Ofsted inspections and could be fast tracked to become academies.

 

If they don't get inspected how will anyone know if they are still outstanding?

 

Is it me or did we just step back about 100 years?
