Rea Posted December 16, 2004 Posted December 16, 2004 I'm smiling for you carol. It would take me 5 years to get that Like linda says make sure you treat yourself Quote
Beau Posted December 16, 2004 Posted December 16, 2004 There was some talk of my committee introducing a Christmas bonus instead of a payrise. Personally I would prefer the payrise as at least that's something I can always bank on. Knowing committee's the chance of a bonus every year would be slim. Enjoy yours though Carol. All the nicer for having been a surprise. Quote
Carol Posted December 16, 2004 Author Posted December 16, 2004 Thanks, I will treat myself ........what a decision ...how do I spend the money !! (I was going to frame the cheque...ha ha). I wish I could share it with everyone on here. In my eyes we all deserve a bonus for the fantastic work we do and it certainly lifts staff moral when the committee shows their appreciation. Come on all you committee people out there..... let your staff know that you value them. I think I will leave the pay rise request until after Christmas Carol Quote
