Cait Posted July 27, 2009 Share Posted July 27, 2009 sorry I got the wrong end of the stick - I was assuming as it's the time of year it is, and as I'm busy printing them out for the new starters, that that was the one you wanted. Questionnaires about our provision, we've tried a few different ones, ranging from the basic questions, 'what do you/don't you like' type of thing to rating scales against ofsted's area criteria where parents give us a score and comment.
