Support For Staff Policy

I'm putting together a "support for staff" policy.


does anyone have anything? I'm particulalrly looking at how we support them "emotionally" after incidents in the setting?


anyone have anything they could possibly share with me?

We have a 'supervision and appraisal' policy for staff ie saying they will have a monthly 1:1 meeting with line manager and annual appraisal. In this we have a statement that says staff can ask for additional 1:1 supervision time if they feel this would be helpful.
