mundia
We all have those people in our families or friendship circles who are completely impossible to buy for at Christmas (it isnt just me ..is it?). Sadly i cant get out to do Christmas shopping this year, so I am having to be a bit creative. In my travels I came across the following sites, what a great idea, make Christmas what it should be! Oxfam good gifts go on, at least go and have a look!

Gezabel
I went, I looked and I liked ALOT!! thanks for letting us know about these sites. I have a couple of very elderly relatives in Ireland who have everything they need but both are involved in charity work (and one is 94!!) so as I always send them a little something this year one will get a brood of chickens and the other a mobile teacher and I KNOW they will be thrilled!! Many thanks again
Guest Tredworth
Great sites! I find Christmas really difficult and refuse to get drawn in to escalating present giving (much to the disgust of my children) but would feel happy giving any of these presents. Will also start using the sites for birthdays. Thank you!
Guest
I know people though my work in Zambia who have actually received gifts in this way, particularly the pairs of shoes for school children, and I can't tell you how much they are appreciated. Guest
Wonderful! I just bought a school chair and desk on the oxfam site for a friend and solved a very difficult present. I know she'll be thrilled and I loved not wasting money on a frivolous gift. Thanks for the links! Nicola
