kristina Posted May 19, 2009 Share Posted May 19, 2009 Hi everyone I am setting up my own Pre-School (due to open in September) and I have a couple of interviews arranged for today and tomorrow!! I really need some guidance on what I should be asking as I will be going it alone in the interviews!! Todays interview is for an early years practioner and tomorrows is for the Deputy position, I have searched through the resources and can't seem to find anything. Guest Posted May 19, 2009 Share Posted May 19, 2009 I would go for some questions that give you insight into the person, as well as what they know about the role. So, things like 'what gives you most satisfaction about working in early years' and 'tell me about one strength and one weakness that you have'.
