Didn't get it. My presentation was the best and I was lovely and it was a very close run thing. But I didn't have enough KS1 experience.

So now back to the chaos of where I work and what I think is the reason for wanting to leave is that one member of staff is a bully and it is notced, but nothing done about it.

Will feel better tomorrow or the day after, but am at the moment feeling very sad and sorry for myself.

Jobs like this come up so seldom. What next? :o

kate, so sorry to hear your news. I am sure something will come up which will be just perfect for you. Is your head teacher aware of the member of staff bullying others? mrsW.x

Oh Kate,

What an awful situation to find yourself in. It amazes me that people are so quick to speak out against bullying in schools between pupils but shy away from speaking up when it is an adult doing the bullying. I do hope that the situation improves or something else comes up. :o

Oh what a shame, sorry you didnt get it but the feedback was good wasnt it? At least the bit that let you down was out of your control and now you know what to work on given a chance.

Hope you feel ok soon.

I'm sorry for you Kate...nothing worse than going in to a job day in and day out where you are not happy....something will turn up and you will look back on this time for what it will be then....history...for now stay strong and look after yourself, I think most of us will of been in this position at one time or another and feel for you. :oxD:(
