Guest Posted March 15, 2009 Posted March 15, 2009 Hi all, Our deputy manager is the only person in the setting without an up to date job description. Does anyone here have one they would be willing to share with me that I could then ammend for our setting. Her basic duties are the same as play assistant, but then she is also SENCo and equal opps, and has her own action plan where she takes a lead on things we have identified as needing additional work, this academic year for example it is partnership with parents and the smartboard, and then she is expected to act up as and when necessary (currently one day per week - as our manager is on a course).
