If you're posting and your posts look like they're an hour out it's because you've adjusted your profile to show Daylight Saving Time. Go to 'My Controls', select 'Board Settings', and uncheck the 'Daylight Savings Time' box. Sorry, this is the only way I can compete with Mundia's Lunar posts...
