purplewednesday1
Well of course - otherwise we'd all be deprived of that sight of the young gels' thongs when they bend over! Not being able to see someone's pants / thongs / knickers is one of the things i say to people when I do our inductions ... (We provide uniforms but not trousers) "Trousers need to be dark and not torn. I don't mind the style but I don't want to see your pants when you bend over or when you sit cross legged on the floor" when I'm on the prowl round the Nursery I do go up to people and just say "Pants" when there's too much on show. I do say other things apart from "Pants" - sometimes, as an EYP, I can be quite helpful. Otherdays tho' "Pants" is about my limit!!!

I actually find it really hard to get trousers that don't show my underwear when I bend over/sit down etc. So I try and wear long t-shirts or jumpers that will cover them. But one day, a boy said to me "I can see your knickers" and so I told him he shouldn't be looking and he replied, "It's okay! THEY'VE GOT CARS ON!" And the number of mums with thongs....... ew!

Yes, we buy uniform tops that are pretty long ... but some trousers can be prettylow cut!! However, last summer I could see pants from UP a pair of shorts ... Bleah Changed policy pretty sharpish ... " In hot weather shorts are acceptable if they are knee length or longer"

Guest
We wear tabards over our own clothes, because we'd be lost without that pocket on the front. We used to wear polo shirts but found there was nowhere to keep obs. pads, pencil, tissues etc etc etc.
