mundia
Hi Sharon Is it the format you are wanting to see, or are you trying to think about the best way to deploy your staff? Staff rotas depend on so many things.. size of setting, number and experience of staff, number and age of children; shape and size of room, special needs, risk assessments..the list goes on. If you are thinking about the way you deploy your staff, maybe a description of your setting/ concerns would enable us to help you better? Guest
Hi our staff deployment is as follows 1 staff creative 1 staff snack 1 staff perm outside 1 staff inside/outside or focused activity. All staff spend one hour at each area each morning so we all do not get stuck to the same thing and spend time with key children - hope this helps a little Dot
