Shiny Posted October 20, 2008 Posted October 20, 2008 We are celebrating Apple Day tomorrow. We are printing with apples, still life drawing, apple bobbing, this book at story time and guess what we are having for snack??!! APPLES!!!!!!! PINK LADY, BRAEBURN, GOLDERN DELICIOUS, GRANNY SMITH and Apple juice to drink (or water or milk)
Guest Posted October 20, 2008 Posted October 20, 2008 I've been procrastinating all day whether to make Apple crumble and some apple juice from my recent scrumping visit to my local orchard. As you can see I'm on here, not cooking. Now you've given me a reason to 'put off today what I can do tomorrow' If I don't cook them soon though they will turn into Cider, I think. Peggy
aliamch Posted October 20, 2008 Posted October 20, 2008 I've just put in the third apple crumble I've made since Friday. My kids can't get enough, mind you they had to battle my brother for some yesterday, he doesn't like sharing! Karrie
