Guest colechin Posted June 30, 2008 Share Posted June 30, 2008 We have asked the parents to fill out the new transition reports - 'Parents Voice' and 'Child's Voice'- with there child. we are now filling in the 'Settings Voice' We are not sure regarding the last 2 areas one being 'Sense of Wellbeing' and I carn't remember the other one at this moment.
