Guest Posted June 8, 2008 Share Posted June 8, 2008 OFSTED are currently consulting on no-notice insepctions for schools in 2009 (which will presumably include maintained nurseries). However not sure that schools are as keen on no-notice insepections as the respondants to this consultations (NAHT have come out against) so this inconsistency may remain for some time yet...
