Guest Posted April 16, 2004 Posted April 16, 2004 I need to do some appraisals on my staff. I am affraid to say I have never done one of these myself. Can anyone help me with appraisal forms that are appropriate to early years I have seen them for the catering trade but never for childcare. Can anyone help??
Guest Posted April 16, 2004 Posted April 16, 2004 Hi Lesley .... there are some very good ones on this site under members only articles - personal development plans for management. I especially liked the one that has headings for different areas e.g. craft/main hall etc. etc. That way you can discuss each area and if there is something that you need to 'slip in' you can do so without it being too obvious !!!!
