mundia Posted May 22, 2007 Share Posted May 22, 2007 Hi peeps, Im in need of help After going throuhg the mill with OFSTED for the past two days, we are now at last minute interviewing for TA tomrrow (we thought we had extra time but we haven't) Its a level 3 TA initially for FS but could be anywhere in school in the future and I desperately need questions. pretty please point me to previous discussions on this or give me some fab ideas. Ask about: Experience in various age groups Why person wants to be a TA Familiarity with the curriculums, Every child matters...etc... Professional development goals (might be on a course, or want to stay with you, always nice to know) Why your school My brain is quite fried too but if i come up with anything inspirational ill post again.
