Rea Posted May 17, 2007 Share Posted May 17, 2007 There might be something you can use from the resource bank. Failing that I made my own based on the possible risks at playgroup. Things like, wet floors, open windows etc. Could you do something similar for a trip? Go on a visit first to see the possible risks and what you can do against them. We visit each place we are going to on a trip and make a list of possible hazards and how we would deal with them. I will attach our blank form and one we completed.
