I would be very grateful if you could spend 5 mins answering a few questions. 1)Do you feel confident as a leader? if so, how do you feel this confident was built? if not, why? 2)Have you ever had or been offered training on leadership? (please state name & comment about it). 3) Do you feel more support should be provided for leadership in early years? 4) How would you describe your leadership skills? 5) Do you feel your leadership skills affect your daily work? if so, how?
