We are a newly set up foundation stage and are in the prosess of compiling/re-writing our policies and find we don't have one for observations. Don't get me wrong, it makes sense, but can't believe what is happening in our sector as far as paperwork and being accountable for everything we do.... when do Ofsted expect us to actually look after the children or have a work/life balance?
