Marion Posted October 8, 2006 Posted October 8, 2006 (edited) I know lots of schools and organisations supported this good cause last year and wondered if anyone might be interested http://www.samaritanspurse.uk.com/ Edited October 8, 2006 by Marion Quote
Rea Posted October 8, 2006 Posted October 8, 2006 Thanks for that Marion, I was far too late last year, so the link is welcome Quote
aliamch Posted October 8, 2006 Posted October 8, 2006 Sadly my girls Primary school doesn't do the 'Love In A Box', but as the Infant school does we take ours there instead. My children have always enjoyed decorating and filling these and have even had thank you letters once or twice. A fantastic cause well worth supporting. Karrie Quote
Marion Posted October 8, 2006 Author Posted October 8, 2006 We did it last year for the first time as a school (the brownies who use the hall joined in) some children did family boxes and we had over a hundered boxes to send to children who might otherwise not get a gift at Christmas. I think everyone gained alot from the experience Quote
Guest Posted October 8, 2006 Posted October 8, 2006 Have heard about this and never done it - what a fantastic idea, thank you. Liz x Quote
