Guest Posted August 27, 2006 Share Posted August 27, 2006 Just saw a whole page advert in the local newspaper, where a secondary school had put in photos of their pupils and put what exams and grades they got. It was basically a huge 'Well Done'. How good would it be to do that for staff in your setting, to well done for training and other achievements, etc. Especially if you could get in something about all of them. An expensive idea I know, but a great one nevertheless (many of my ideas are expensive unfortunately!!). AND....what a good advert for the setting!
