mundia Posted July 30, 2006 Share Posted July 30, 2006 please bear in mind that some of the festicals may be given differnt dates as they are celebrated on different days by different groups. Eid(Moslem) is often moveable bacause it needs the new moon to be sighted and often Wesak (Buddhist) varies acoording to who wrote the calendar. Some LEA give the dates which they will offically use for each festival and this is accompanied by the dates that staff can take off as religious observance days Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
