Hi I'm trying to add a document which seems to have uploaded successfully but I keep getting error message that no file is selected.

Hi,

This is strange and definitely shouldn't be happening as I can see you have uploaded the file.

Are you able to email us at customer.service@eyfs.info with the exact steps you took to get this error message so we can investigate it for you?
