WeaverPS Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 Please can we have the facility to be able to see if a relative has clicked on and opened a memo to (hopefully) read. At the moment we only know they have accessed it if they comment or like it. We do try and encourage them to do this, but you can imagine not many do. It would be great if you could look into this. Thanks Helen 1 Quote

OlayaTapestrySupport Posted August 26, 2020 Posted August 26, 2020 Hi jeaninedodsley and Lilliputianplay, Thank you so much for your suggestion! This is something other setting's have requested as well, so we are currently looking into it. We will keep you in the loop of its development Best wishes, Olaya 1 Quote
twinthinguk Posted August 26, 2020 Posted August 26, 2020 I have just posted a memo with a link to a video of me going through our settling in procedure lol Id love to know which parents bother to read the memo and watch it, I am trying to encourage our existing parents to interact more with Tapestry after such a long gap since March and also encourage our new parents to get into the habit too. 1 Quote
Chughes Posted August 26, 2020 Posted August 26, 2020 I would find this helpful too. I was wondering if a ‘read’ button could be added to the care diary rather than just a ‘like’. It would be good to have something parents could tick to say they had read and understood (hopefully!) we are having to use ‘like’ at the moment for this and it doesn’t suit all messages. Quote
OlayaTapestrySupport Posted August 27, 2020 Posted August 27, 2020 Hi twinthinguk and Chughes, All very good suggestions! The more users ask for this feature - including the 'read' option in the Care Diary - the higher priority level they'll get Best wishes, Olaya Quote
