new children joining existing 'bubbles'

Hi,

 

We have many parents who are unsure as to whether or not their child will be returning to pre-school on 1st June.  If a week or so after we are open they decide to send their child into pre-school can they join existing bubbles if the numbers allow or would we have to look at starting a new bubble?

I am going to add new chn to an existing bubble because my first bubble will be too small if it stays as is, making it impossible moving forward with enough staff or places to put the bubbles.
