zigzag
Does Anyone use the numberblocks from cebeebies to help teach counting and number recognition?
Panders
I used its forerunner for a time, Numtums. I think anything the children may be familiar with helps. Havent seen numberblocks though.
BenTapestrySupport
Yes! Saw such a great level of engagement because of it. Think it really helps that the language that they use is correct and also that the numbers are formed like Numicon which we also used. Have you seen the resources here: https://www.ncetm.org.uk/resources/52060 Cbeebies magazine sometimes have them as the 'gift' on the front, although I think if you were to look on eBay you'd probably find lots of the items for less! It was great for number recognition and counting though.

Thank you will have a look at that link. I managed to buy two magazines this week with blocks 1-10 included! I just want something that will engage them as it seems to be an area where some are struggling.
