Mouseketeer Posted November 6, 2019 Share Posted November 6, 2019 Hi , I've read the tutorial for the new 'documents', added my pdf document to files, ticked to allow parents to download but how do they know it's there to view? my tester parent found it when I told them where to look for downloads but they said they didn't get a notification? BenTapestrySupport Posted November 7, 2019 Share Posted November 7, 2019 Hi, In Control Panel - Notifications, under relatives, there are options for the notifications of 'File Added' and 'File Updated'. If you set this to immediate email, it should send one when the file is uploaded or updated.
