zigzag Posted June 6, 2019 Posted June 6, 2019 When Ofsted visit, would they have the right to look at a child's SENCO/safeguarding folder? Obviously these contain sensitive and confidential information relating to families.
FSFRebecca Posted June 6, 2019 Posted June 6, 2019 Yes. Ofsted can look at any paperwork they need to. They are all fully DBS checked, have in depth safeguarding training and understand confidentiality requirements.
