To upgrade or downgrade your package you will need to access your billing page. You can do this if you are logged in to your Tapestry account already by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner and selecting 'Subscription & Billing'.

After choosing your new package size you can see how much the cost is if it's an upgrade (1), this is calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the number of days remaining of your subscription.

Next to this you can see what your renewal cost will be when your account comes up for renewal (2) and when your renewal is due (3).

If you're happy, you can proceed to the payments page by clicking on the 'Create Order' button (4).

On the payments screen you can download a copy of your tax invoice (1) and also check the owed amount at the top of the screen (2).

Underneath this you can enter your card details (3) and what email address you want the confirmation sent to (4) and once you're done you just need to click 'Submit Payment' (5).

As long as your payment goes through, you will then be taken back to your accounts page where you can see a banner at the top notifying you that the payment has gone through (1). You will see for this account that the package size has now been updated (2) and in the transactions you can see your card payment (3). If you want a copy of the transaction, you just need to click on the 'Receipt' button (4).
