Tapestry set up for parent already registered at another setting

Hi eworth!

It's absolutely possible for users to have as many Tapestry accounts as they need registered under the same email address as long as the accounts are separate. This is, whilst a relative can use the same email address for Happy Beans Nursery and Church Road Primary, it is not possible to use the same email address twice within the one Tapestry account, e.g. when staff members are also relatives within the setting - they will need a different address for each user type. 

The most important thing to bear in mind is to use different passwords. This is not only a safeguarding measure, but will also reduce difficulties when logging in, especially when doing so from the app. Whereas the browser gives users the option to choose which account they want to access, the app does not have this facility and will automatically log users in to the account that was last set up with that password and email address. Having different passwords would solve the issue!
