Children do not need email addresses to be added to an account, but their relatives do; is this what you are referring to? Users can be set up in various Tapestry accounts using the same email address as long as the Tapestry accounts are separate from each other. This is, a relative with email relative@tapestry.tapestry and a child at Happy Beans Nursery and another child at Rainbow Pre-School can have a profile for each account using relative@tapestry.tapestry. Likewise, a relative whose child attends two settings at the same time can be added to each account under the same address, so they can view what has been added by each setting. However, if a staff member is also a relative in the same Tapestry account for Bubbles Nursery, they wouldn't be able to have a staff member and a relative account registered under the same address. May I ask if you are sharing a child with a pre school? Each Tapestry account has its own database for security reasons. This means that settings cannot share a child’s profile as it cannot exist simultaneously in two Tapestry accounts, with changes being made by one setting appearing in the profile owned by the second setting.
