SheppertonPreschool
Just received EYPP and Deprivation Funding for a child attending setting. First time we have been in receipt of this, not sure what to do with the Deprivation funding element, is it the same as EYPP? TIA
finleysmaid
you might need to check your local arrangements. Our deprivation funding is included in our funding amount so we don't know who it's for!! we just get an uplift in the funding total. Eypp is specifically for the child...I think there's a form in the resource library i'll try and post mine later. Maybe put it in to the search engine. nomski100
Deprivation is paid to most children and the amount depends on the child’s postcode. You don’t need to document what the money has been spent on it just bumps up the funding for that child. EYPP payments will need to be documented as Ofsted will ask what have you done with the money and how it has benefitted the child.
