Piglet48 Posted October 11, 2018 Share Posted October 11, 2018 Hi our new manager wants us to record on paper the Adult focus activities that we put on Tapestry as observations. We label this as an adult focus activity but she would prefer it in a planning folder. Can you print off certain observations as we have not done this before, or is there an adult focus sheet on Tapestry that we have not yet come across? Thankyou in advance. Mouseketeer Posted October 11, 2018 Share Posted October 11, 2018 Hi Piglet and welcome to FSF, I know from the browser there is an option to export an observation to pdf which can the be printed. If your manager wants to be able to check certain obs are being added putting something like #FO at the bottom of the notes box means they can quickly be brought up. You can export specific observations from Tapestry by following this tutorial and you could also use the tagging system to be able to 'label' these observations and as Mouseketeer says, quickly bring these up.
