Committee DBS

I need advice please, it's been awhile since I have done a committee members DBS. 

The last one I did was through the online system using the OFSTEDA OR OFSTEDP, an also scanned a paper ID checker to capita, is this still the correct procedure? 

Its been a long day and I can't actually find any answers anywhere.
