Nest
All settings have to registered with the ice, however i have received emails from them and from may 2018 data protection regulations are changing and a 12 step action plan needs organising, this includes an information audit, privacy notices, checking on individual rights, having a data protection officer etc. I have a small setting, 24 children and have a data protection policy. does any one know if this is necessary and or is already implementing it. Do surrey have a template that can be used ?
