Well done on making your first post Each member of staff needs to have their own log in and password. You can organise this, as the manager, from your control panel - you have some choices .. Staff can be: PIN only - they will need someone who uses an email password to open Tapestry up for them each time (this means they can't log on from home, for example) Full account - they will have their own email but can also use a PIN for quicker access (they can log on at home because they can use their email to get into the system) Manager - email and PIN (and they can make changes to the account) Every staff member needs their own log in and then sets their own password, this tutorial will help you Once staff have opened Tapestry and are working, if another member of staff then wants to work they use the 'switch accounts' function (top right, click on their name) then they can choose their own name from the dropdown and then put their own password in.
