Bishops Waltham Montessori is looking for a dynamic and very special Early Years Leader. 

term time only - 37.5 hours a week, salary dependent on experience for a January start.  

Although having a Montessori qualification would be an advantage a sound knowledge of the philosophy and the willingness to learn is more important. A relevant  Level 3 and above qualification is a necessity.
