I think the system logs me out as it takes so long. Anybody know of a quick way to download the children on mass or know a way I can stop it from logging out? Sneha Posted July 24, 2017 Share Posted July 24, 2017 Hello Heather! I'm afraid there isn't a way of downloading all journals in bulk as the file would simply be too large. The time it takes to download a journal depends on the file size but it shouldn't take as long as 2 hours (which is the maximum amount of time that you can remain inactive before Tapestry logs you out). I would suggest downloading each journal one at a time and not downloading another journal until the previous download is complete.
