Guest Posted December 10, 2016 Share Posted December 10, 2016 Hi,I am relatively new to Tapestry and some parents are having trouble accessing their childrens obs etc. They have received the overview I sent,I also thought I sent an e-mail activation .They are asking what e-mail and password to use? The most likely explanation is that the activation emails have been filtered into their spam boxes. Would you be able to ask them to check there?If they can't see them then the emails might have already been automatically deleted. Not to worry though! You can either send them a password reset email (although this might also get sent to their spam box, so they should check there as soon as they can and add noreply@tapestryjournal.com to their approved senders list) or you can set them a password manually.
