We have tried making it a PDF, printing from the page etc but cannot get a full view printout. Any suggestions would be welcomed. The best way to get a print out of the group snapshot is either by exporting a PDF or CSV file of it, rather than printing directly from the page, but it sounds as though you're not having much luck with that. Please can you send in a support ticket about this to customer.service@eyfs.info so we can investigate what's going on? This will involve us having a look at what you're getting when you try to export it, so it will need to be done through a private conversation rather than on the forum which is open for others to see.
