Guest
We are due to have our Ofsted pre registration visit and the first question in the Ofsted booklet is to give an example of a play activity for a very young child that would support their learning and development. Maybe I'm over thinking it, but have any you had any experience of answering the question when you are in a nursery that uses 'in the moment planning?' Rafa
I would talk about the kind of activities/experiences you have laid out in your environment. Which ever one you choose should promote learning and development in one or more areas of the EYFS. Using TITM allows the practitioner to scaffold/extend/support the child's learning, when you observe how the child is choosing to play/explore the activity. Have I passed? : )
