Parents not receiving notifications

Hi,

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that! We have been hearing reports that notifications are being filtered out as spam for a number of people on the updated version of Tapestry and it especially seems to be an issue for hotmail addresses.

Could you please go to your 'Email Log' in the control panel to check that emails are being sent out and aren't bouncing?

If it looks as though they should be being delivered can you please ask the parents to check their spam boxes and add noreply@tapestryjournal.com to their approved senders list?

Hi,

I have also noticed that parents aren't receiving email notifications - I have checked the email log and none have been sent. All preferences are set for daily email.

Hi Elaine

Can you do a quick check for me.

 

Please go to:

Control Panel

Settings - select the drop down list

Relatives

 

Once there check that the first field is checked - it reads 'Allow relatives to receive notifications when an approved observation is added'

 

If this is not checked even if you have set the notifications they will not be being sent.

 

If this is checked and still not joy then sent an email to tapestry.support@eyfs.info
