They have all been recently set up, and could access their child's learning journal last month, but haven't been able to this month. I've checked that they are still active, and they are. The most common reason currently for relatives not being able to access their accounts is that they are still trying to log into eylj.org or an older version of the app, but the account has actually moved to the updated version of Tapestry so they need to login from tapestryjournal.com or update their app (from the app/play store). If neither of those are the problem, please can you send us in a support ticket (email customer.service@eyfs.info) with some of the email addresses of the parent's having issues?
