seeing only obs for 'this period'

Hello

I hope someone can help. Could someone please tell me how I can change the setting on the children page to show all the obs that they've had for the term? At the moment it only has the number from a certain period and I'm not sure what that criteria is. Is it a period of two weeks? If so I have 30 key children in my class and I may not add obs for all of them in that period but I would like to see how many they've had in the term and compare with others on the children's page without going into their learning journal each time.

Hello Womble,

'This period' is the current assessment period that you have set up (control panel > settings > summative assessments). The number of obs refers to published obs.
