Steve Posted October 19, 2016 Share Posted October 19, 2016 Hi Clare - I can see you have an expired trial, and there's a pending invoice for a Tapestry account, so you must have requested a conversion. In that case if you go to your name in the greyish bar at the top of this page, click it and then 'subscriptions' (or click here for a shortcut) you should see your pending invoice, which you can then pay either online or by cheque. :1b Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
