Parent unable to use appp

I have a parent with two tapestry accounts - one for a child in year 1 and one is reception. The reception account was transferred over from his pre school. Mum can access it through the browser but is unable to use the app. she says it is linked to his pre school setting? Any ideas?

Hi bry -

She will need to ask one of the Tapestry account managers, preferably her new account, to change the password of that account so they are different, and then log out and back in again. That should enable her to log in seperately using two different accounts. She can then change that password once she's logged in (via her edit preferences screen) so that only she knows it.

We just started to use Tapestry and I have few parents who can not log in and they didn't get a notification. We have checked all their emails and they are correct. Any suggestions please?
