Melba Posted September 20, 2016 Share Posted September 20, 2016 When we paid our subscription last, a new setting was set up for us with a similar name to ours (the correct one includes "and after school club") The admin team corrected this and attached our subscription to our correct setting but the wrong one does not seem to have been deleted and now it is acting as the default setting so my staff and parents cannot get into our Tapestry journal without clicking change location. I wonder if it's because you're accessing Tapestry through a login link to the wrong account.
